At Ellington Pens, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new writing instrument doesn't meet your expectations, you may return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery in its original, unused condition.

Initiate Your Request

Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Prepare the Package

Carefully place the pen in its original luxury presentation box and secure it inside a padded shipping mailer to prevent damage during transit.

Attach the Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

Receive Your Refund

Once our artisans inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
